Spelt Right bagels are certified kosher and made with 100% organic spelt; we do not use common wheat. The FDA requires spelt to be labeled as wheat. We never use additives or preservatives. For best results, keep frozen in our freezer-friendly bag until ready to eat.

I just wanted you to know the whole spelt Maddie's Choice were GREAT. They were just what my wife and I have been looking for, wonderful taste with whole spelt

I was a Spelt Right fan before, but newly diagnosed food allergies mean I need to be extremely careful about the ingredients in my prepared foods. I KNOW I can count on all Spelt Right products to be safe for me to eat. Thank you for making such delicious breads and bagels! Maddie's Choice is my current fave. Keep up the great work!!

I am on a restricted diet for medical reasons...these bagels are a God-send. Delicous toasted with almond butter!! I got them on a lark in NH but I live in Mass so I am looking for them here. Just yummy!
