Our Simply Spencer plain bagel is subtle and light. The combination of spelt flours and extra virgin olive oil creates an artisan bagel like no other.
Spelt Right bagels are certified kosher and made with 100% organic spelt; we do not use common wheat. The FDA requires spelt to be labeled as wheat. We never use additives or preservatives. For best results, keep frozen in our freezer-friendly bag until ready to eat.
