We LOVE this intense treat... heavily laced with cinnamon and raisins. It smells so great coming out of the toaster. Great for breakfast, a snack or desert.

As a Diabetic I have to carefully watch my carbs and sugars. This lovely sliced cinnamon raisin spelt bread is a real treat. It's the best of both worlds for me. The spelt wheat helps keep my blood sugar from spiking, while the cinnamon has been proven to be good for diabetics. Lovely product... just wish it came in larger sizes. Would and will absolutely buy it again... at least until I get a bread machine so I can make it in larger portion sizes. Thanks for your dedication to a marvelous product.

Served it Thanksgiving morning to my grand kiddos and the result was: pointing to the toasted bread and nodding yes, yes, this is amazing. (12 year old) 7 yr old, mmmm,
10 yr old, "this is so good". I too liked it, but for two people, need to slice first, then freeze??
