e Spelt Sliced Whoole Grain Bread is superior to any I have tried. Being a Diabetic, the Spelt wheat appears to keep my blood sugar from spiking, of course, the small size could be partially credited for that. However, once I've toasted it to a golden brown crunch... it is absolutely delicious. I just wish the bagels were larger for the price. Thanks for making such a wonderful product.
